Refund
Sorry, we do no accept change of mind refunds.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Faulty Goods
Goods that are confirmed as faulty will be replaced for free.
What's the process?
Email photographs documenting the fault.
What is the timeframe?
Please advise within 14 days.
Exchange
We accept exchanges of products.
What's the timeframe?
Please advise of your wish to exchange within 14 days.
What's the cost?
The customer will be responsible for return freight, plus freight for the new item and a $25 restocking fee.
What's the process?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Email your request for an exchange of product.
Upon approval you will be responsible for returning the original item, complete and unused in its original packaging.
You will be required to direct deposit into our account freight fee for the new item plus a $25 restocking fee.
Upon receipt of these funds we will freight your new item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
